Payroll Services

• Pay slip preparation
• Payroll calculation

Accounts Payable
With your M.A.S. provided Xero account in place, all your invoices and bills will be in one handy and easy to manage place. Here are the accounts payable services we provide:

• Record purchases on XERO
• Reconciliation of purchase statements
• Drawing of cheques or organisation of electronic payments
• Attendance on site at regular intervals dependant on your needs
• Liaise with suppliers on queries, invoices, and adjustments

Accounts Payable
Your clients’ invoices will also be stored within your new, M.A.S provided Xero account. With our help, the following accounts payable tasks will be much easier:

• Recording sales invoices
• Attaching PDF invoice copies
• Reconciliating invoices against payments received and bank accounts
• Liaising with customer on accounts receivable queries, invoices, and adjustments
• Third party debt management chasing through software which allows debts to be recovered more efficiently
• Attendance on site at regular intervals dependant on your needs

Bank Reconciliation
Bank reconciliation refers to any difference between the balance shown on your statement and the account shown on your own accounting records. Our bank reconciliation services include:

• Monthly Bank reconciliation using Xero Bank Feeds from your new Xero account
• Bank feeds are created with your nominated Bank
• Entries that come through bank feeds are checked against actual entries in Xero to determine whether or not there have been bank errors
• Bank charges, interest, merchant charges etc., are all entered from bank feeds and classified accordingly
• Cash book is reconciled against visual siting of statements to ensure that banks fees have downloaded correctly and all entries are correct in cash book and the bank has not incorrectly charged items on your accounts
